Day Counter

Open the Days From a Date tab and click the 30 days preset — the result card shows the exact calendar date and its day of the week. 30 days from today is roughly one month out, the typical window for returns, free trials, and rent notices.

Use the 45 days preset in Days From a Date mode. 45 days from today lands about a month and a half out — a common span for notice periods, warranty claims, and shipping estimates. The calculator also shows how many of those days fall on weekends.

In Days Between Dates mode, pick a start and end date. The counter subtracts them instantly and breaks the span into weekdays, weekend days, and weeks. Tick include end day if the final day should count too — that simply adds 1 to the total.

The result grid always shows the business-day count (Monday–Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). As a rule of thumb, every 7 calendar days contain 5 business days and 2 weekend days, so 30 calendar days is usually about 22 business days.

Click the 90 days preset — 90 days from today is roughly one calendar quarter, the standard span for quarterly plans, probation periods, and 90-day challenges. Toggle business days only if you need 90 working days instead.

In Days From a Date mode, it skips Saturdays and Sundays while counting. For example, adding 7 business days from a Monday lands on Wednesday of the following week, not the next Monday, because the two weekend days are never counted.

Yes. Pick any start and end date — past, present, or future — or use − Sub in Days From a Date mode to count backwards, e.g. "what date was 45 days ago?" The tool handles leap years automatically.

Months range from 28 to 31 days (February has 28, or 29 in a leap year); a year has 365 days, or 366 in a leap year. Because month lengths vary, "30 days from today" rarely matches the same date next month exactly — which is why a day counter beats counting by months.
